Tucked away in a peaceful pocket of the Yorkshire Dales , Neddy Meadow is a newly converted barn offering a restful, rural retreat in the heart of Swaledale. Set within two private acres just outside the village of Grinton, our two-bedroom cottage is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, and anyone craving stillness, scenery, and starlit skies.
With views of rolling meadows, dry stone walls, and the Swale glinting in the valley below, you’re free to unwind, roam, and reconnect with nature — all with the comforts of home.

A cracking 30-mile loop — about 70:30 off-road — from Grinton up to Tan Hill, then back along the Swale Trail. Big skies, empty trails, and that perfect mix of climbs, views, and descents that make Swaledale gravel so special.
